The UNESCO HELP programme, of which Tweed Forum is a member, has published an excellent digest of the programme's aims and objectives etc.

This Guidance is intended to assist all water users to share inland water in Scotland in such a way that the interests of all are considered and respected.

Tweed Forum has been asked by Roxburghe Estates and Northern British Windpower to help administer the proposed Environment Fund. Tweed Forum has, over the years, built a good track record in coordinating the distribution of public monies and welcomes the opportunity to become involved in what will be an extremely important long term funding stream for the Scottish Borders at a time when funding is going to be extremely challenging.
